At The Flaming Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle-making supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened products. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, fragrance oils and liquid dyes are non-returnable once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package to our distribution center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
