How long will it take for my order to ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for fragrance oils?

To ensure product purity and safety, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils or liquid dyes once the seal is broken. If you are unsure of a scent, we recommend purchasing our 1oz sample sizes before committing to larger quantities.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes! We offer tiered wholesale pricing on most of our products, including jars, waxes, and fragrances. Discounts are automatically applied to your cart once the specific quantity thresholds are met.

Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?

The majority of our fragrance oils are 100% phthalate-free. We clearly mark the phthalate-free status on every product page under the 'Specifications' tab so you can make informed choices for your brand.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we strive for rapid fulfillment, we can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet entered the 'Processing' stage. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to modify an order.

What should I do if my glass jars arrive damaged?

While we pack our glass items with extreme care, breakage can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive damaged items, please email us a photo of the broken goods and the shipping box within 7 days to receive a replacement or refund.
